Bollywood’s Mr. Perfectionist, Aamir Khan, recently shared his love and respect for fellow superstars Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan. While fans often see the three Khans as big-time box office rivals, Aamir reminded everyone that behind the scenes, there is mutual admiration and friendship.

At the Bollywood Hungama Style Icons Summit & Awards 2025, Aamir opened up about his favourite performances by the two actors. When asked, he said,

“My favourite performance of Salman’s is Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Dabangg. As for Shah Rukh, I really loved Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, and Kuch Kuch Hota Hai is one of my favourite films of his.”

Surprisingly, Aamir also admitted that he hasn’t watched SRK’s recent hits, Pathaan and Jawan, yet!

Despite this, Aamir’s respect for his fellow Khans is clear. The three stars have ruled Hindi cinema for over three decades, delivering some of the biggest blockbuster films. While competition at the box office is natural, off-screen, their bond is warm and friendly.

Recently, both Salman and Shah Rukh attended Aamir’s birthday bash. SRK kept it low-key and tried to avoid the cameras, while Salman made a grand entry with tight security.

Aamir also revealed something exciting. He shared that he has spoken to both Salman and Shah Rukh about doing a movie together. “After so many years, it would be unfair to the audience if we didn’t come together for at least one film,” he said. According to Aamir, all three stars are waiting for a good script and a talented director to bring the dream project to life.

What’s Next for the Three Khans?

• Aamir Khan is ready to release his new film Sitaare Zameen Par, a sports comedy-drama also starring Genelia Deshmukh. It will hit theatres on June 20.
• Salman Khan is working on an action drama with Sanjay Dutt, and fans are excited for the upcoming sequel, Kick 2.
• Shah Rukh Khan is filming King, directed by Siddharth Anand. Though the official cast isn’t confirmed yet, the film is said to include Suhana Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, Rani Mukerji, and Deepika Padukone.

Fans now eagerly hope that the three Khans will finally unite on the big screen — a dream moment that would truly be historic for Bollywood!
