“Stree 2” has been a major hit, with its unique blend of horror and comedy capturing the hearts of many. The movie, starring Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao, has broken box office records and received widespread acclaim. Despite this success, some fans felt Shraddha’s character had limited screen time. This has led to speculation that her character could be featured more prominently in future films.

According to writer Niren Bhatt, Shraddha Kapoor’s character will have her backstory explored in upcoming movies. In an interview with Pinkvilla, Bhatt confirmed that the team is working on a storyline involving Shraddha as Stree’s daughter, which is why her name was kept a secret in “Stree 2.”

In another interview with Zoom, Bhatt hinted that the creators are planning new developments within the Maddock Films’ supernatural universe. However, he did not provide specific details about “Stree 3,” leaving fans eager for more information. Bhatt mentioned that characters from films like “Stree,” “Bhediya,” and “Munjya” are significant to them, and there are plans to expand these stories, though exact details and timelines are still unknown.

In “Stree 2,” Shraddha Kapoor’s character is introduced as Stree’s daughter, but her full identity remains a mystery to the audience. She mysteriously vanishes at the end of the film, adding to the intrigue. The film also surprised viewers with appearances by Varun Dhawan as Bhediya and Akshay Kumar as a relative of Sarkata, a headless monster who terrorizes the town of Chanderi.
